Remote Data Sharing
- Whenever any e-mail communication is sent from the product Information Organizer to the support staff at Technical Avenues Corporation, only the information in the mail window is sent. What you see is what you send !
- All communications with Technical Avenues Corporation, any technical support issues, or any other issues, any of your data you may send as a part of the description of a problem you may be having , are strictly confidential. These are NOT shared with anybody or NOT used for any other purpose other than resolving your issues.
- No attempt will ever be made to contact you at the e-mail addresses you provide, unless you specifically request us to contact you or to include you in a mailing service by sending e-mail to register@informationorganizer.com address. This mailing service will be used only to inform you news about Information Organizer. Information from any other correspondence to any other e-mail address will not be used to contact you.
- When the Information Organizer is in data sharing mode, all the activities in your organizer are recorded in your log files. There are no activities that occur but not recorded in the log files. Technical Avenues Corporation has no way of knowing any of the activity on your Information Organizer and has no way to access your Organizer. You and only you control access to your Information Organizer by defining user names and passwords and access control lists. The authentication of the users that login into your organizer is done by the organizer software that is present on your computer. No other software can grant access to your organizer from anywhere else.
